Canned food and bottled water are bad

It’s difficult to imagine that canned food and bottled water could themselves have anything to do with preventing you from getting a flat, lean and sexy stomach and abs.

If you are one of the responsible people not drinking a ton of sodas, you’re not eating a lot of canned food, and you’re not getting your water from a plastic container, then congratulations are in order.  Whether you knew it or not, you’ve been limiting your exposure to some potentially harmful compounds known to increase xenoestrogen, a chemical found in the body that makes your body want to retain abdominal fat.

I found an article that shows exactly what you should avoid to limit your exposure to this chemical.  There are safe alternatives. Losing stomach fat and getting a 6 pack with a lean body are already difficult enough, you shouldn’t have to worry about being flooded with toxins that trigger your body to retain fat.
