View the 12 RulesCommon questions about the reset
How much weight will I lose?
This program isn't built around weight-loss targets — it's about establishing simple, sustainable habits. Rule #2 is explicit: don't chase rapid weight loss.
What if I miss a day?
Don't turn one missed meal or day into an "off day." Simply pick the plan back up the next day — flexibility is built into the program.
Can I repeat the same meals?
Yes. The Meal Library is a "choose one" system — repeat your favourites as often as you like across the 12 days.
Is this suitable if I have a medical condition?
This is general wellness information, not medical treatment or individualized nutrition advice. Please speak with a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary or exercise changes.
